Signature Massage

Scalp & Sensory Rituals
Crown Reset : Tools Only
A gentle sensory based upper body experience designed to quiet the nervous system, using nurturing light touch and a variety of soothing tools and textures. This meditative session focuses on the scalp, neck, shoulders and back to induce ASMR through tactile stimulation.

Crown Reset: Tools + Swedish Massage
Focusing on the upper body, this experience includes the use of signature tools for half of the session, coupled with Swedish massage for the other half.  This meditative session is designed to induce ASMR through tactile stimulation. ​

The Reiki Reset
Often described as a "deep exhale for the busy mind," this gentle, non-invasive session is designed to restore harmony to your energetic body.  If you are feeling emotionally heavy or mentally exhausted Reiki provides a serene sanctuary to completely let go.

As you rest fully clothed and deeply supported, light, intentional hand placements are used to clear stagnant energy, quiet the nervous system, and balance your subtle energetic centers.

Clients share that they leave the table feeling an overwhelming sense of lightness, profound mental clarity, and a peaceful connection to themselves.  Step off the grid and allow your spirit to return to its natural state of being.

This session is an invitation to transition from a state of 'doing' to a state of 'being'.

The Immersion
The ultimate wellness experience.  This intentional, three-tier journey integrates the muscular, nervous, and energetic systems to guide you into a state of total relaxation.

The comprehensive immersion combines our Signature Massage with a Crown Reset for head, neck, and shoulders.  The experience concludes with a deeply restorative Reiki session to quiet your mind and anchor a profound state of peace.

About the Practitioner:
Heidi Suprun, LMT
With 30 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist and Reiki practitioner, I've worked on clients in medical settings, luxury day spas, a pilates studio and an exclusive country club.  I've learned alot over the years and my work continues to evolve.

Today I practice an integrated approach to body and nervous system care. I specialize in advanced massage and sensory wellness designed to release physical tension, regulate stress and support a profound state of balance and ease.

Whether you're seeking targeted relief or a full body reset, every session is customized to meet you where you are.  I bring unwavering dedication to my practice.  My mission is for you to leave feeling deeply restored.
